About the project
La Mer - a complex of apartments right on the Black Sea coast. The location on the first line is reflected in the architecture of the complex, which is similar to a cruise liner: smooth lines of facades, panoramic windows, open terraces.
Historically, the building area is a recreational area, where there were respectable mansions, and then sanatoriums. Sections of the residential complex are inscribed in the surrounding landscape of the coastline at the 13th station of the Fountain: the height of La Mer does not exceed the level of the Fountain Road, so the roof does not extend beyond the hill. A feature of the complex will be a green roof, where there will be lounge areas with sea views for residents of La Mer.
