About the project
The residential complex "Space Eco City on Radisna" is 26 residential buildings of various storeys, located on a total area of 10 hectares. The project provides a low density of buildings, which will not overload the adjacent space and make it comfortable to live.
In the yards there will be a park area with children's playgrounds, sports grounds and bicycle paths. To walk in the yard was safe and comfortable, there will be no cars in the yard - for them there is an underground parking lot, individual garages and guest parking.

Thanks to the park area of 21 thousand m2, the residential complex "Space Eco City" will become a favorite place for walks. There will be a green theater on site, where concerts and festivals can be held, as well as an indoor water park.
It is planned to open a shopping center, shopping center and supermarket on the territory, so that future residents do not spend a lot of time shopping. Also within the complex will open cafes and restaurants. If you work remotely, the quarter provides for the construction of coworking, where no one will distract you from important tasks.
The developer took care of the smallest residents of the neighborhood - the project involves the construction of its own kindergarten and school.
