About the project
Resident Hall is a multi-storey residential complex with elements of futuristic architecture. Facing walls will be ventilated facades that help retain heat, protect walls from overheating and remove condensate and moisture from structures.
Recognizability of the complex provides decoration: walls of panoramic windows, rounded corners of the facades, height differences of sections from 14 to 10 floors. On the adjacent territory there will be places for rest, playgrounds and sports grounds, separate multilevel parking.
Infrastructure
The traffic interchange is Horodotska Street, which is a 20-25 minute drive to the center of Lviv on weekdays. Across the road from Resident Hall public transport stops: buses 30 routes, trolleybus №27, minibuses №14, №21, №27, №28.
To the nearest supermarkets go a few minutes by car: 14 minutes on foot or 3 minutes to "Arsen", 4 minutes to "Gloves", 6 minutes to the hypermarket Metro Cash & Carry, "Vopaka" or "ATB", 7 minutes to "Silpo" and 10 minutes to Auchan. There are several coffee shops, cafes and pizzerias in the district.
A child development center will be opened on the territory of the Resident Hall complex. Within a radius of 8 minutes drive there are several preschool institutions - kindergarten №139 "Pearl", school-kindergarten "one-two-three", kindergarten №86, preschool center №75, kindergarten №114.
