About the project
Residential complex "Warsaw-2" is a full-fledged quarter of 13 high-rise buildings. The concept of the project is similar to the neighboring complex of the same name - courtyards with playgrounds, sports grounds and recreation areas are closed to outsiders and cars, on the ground floors of buildings plan to open cafes, pharmacies and shops, and along public streets there will be bike paths and areas for walking dogs.
It is worth noting the appearance of the complex - facades with neutral finishes, restrained and minimalist architecture, without unnecessary elements of decor. Infrastructure
The new residential complex "Warsaw-2" is being built in a developed neighborhood next to all the necessary infrastructure. Two steps from the house is the Prospekt Pravdy metro station, which is scheduled to open in 2021. There are also many taxis, trolleybuses and buses. You can drive to the city center in half an hour.
In 5 minutes on foot there are two forest park zones: Vinogradarsky forest and Syretsky grove. Across the road from the complex is a large shopping mall Retroville with shops of clothing, appliances, sporting goods, children's entertainment area, food court and supermarket NOVUS. There is also a fitness club Sport Life, where you can swim in the pool, work out alone or in groups.
