About the project
7 houses of the Urlivska-1 complex will be located in a checkerboard pattern and united by a stylobate. Thanks to the stylobate, the concept of a "courtyard without a car" will be implemented: children's play areas, sports grounds with simulators, walking green alleys and recreation areas will be arranged on the height of two floors under the open sky.
Infrastructure
Another function of the stylobate is to create its own infrastructure of the Urlivska-1 complex. Inside there will be retail space of various layouts for shops, beauty salons, pharmacies, bank branches, cafes or restaurants.
You can buy food nearby in chain supermarkets or small grocery stores: up to two "Novus" - 10 minutes on foot, to "Silpo" - 11 minutes on foot, to "ATB" - 13 minutes on foot, to "Bee Market" - 15 minutes. The METRO hypermarket is a 10-minute drive away.
For the convenience of residents of "Urlivska-1" a kindergarten will be opened on the territory of the complex. Kindergarten "Tymko" and preschool center №245 are waiting for kids in 5 minutes from the house, in 10 minutes - kindergarten "Tigrik", and in 15 minutes it is possible to walk to kindergarten "Rainbow". The road to lessons for older children will not take much time: in 5 minutes you can walk to school №245, in 10 minutes - to school №111. Also at a distance of 7 minutes by car school №309, school №314, foreign language schools and lyceum "Scientific Change".
For sports, there are gyms and a fitness club "Sport life" with a studio for group classes, a spa area and massage rooms.
