About the project
Patriotika is a residential complex that is a large-scale project from Arkada Bank. The array is located in the neighborhood Osokorki North, within walking distance from the metro station "Osokorki". You can buy an apartment in the residential complex "Patriotica" in Kiev from the developer "Arcade" at the initial stage of construction.
The plan provides for the creation of thirty-three houses of various storeys. All buildings are united by a single idea, laid down in the very name of the array. The Patriotika residential complex in Kyiv symbolizes the unity of the nation, honor and a great desire to live in an indivisible and proud country. The facades of the buildings will be decorated with national ornaments, each of the eighteen houses will be truly unique and inimitable. All regions of Ukraine will be represented here: from the Carpathian Mountains to the steppes of Luhansk region, from Crimean Pride to the forests of Chernihiv region, and the buildings themselves will receive their own names associated with famous places in Ukraine.
