About the project
For the LAKE HOUSE residential complex, the designers used light tones of white and beige colors, which together with the brick decoration give the house a feeling of coziness. The height of the architecture of the new building is emphasized by contrasting vertical inserts.

In Obolon district there is a well-developed trade infrastructure - to the shopping center "Caravan", METRO and "Epicenter" a few minutes by car. The drive to Dream Town Mall, which has a water park, attractions and a cinema, takes 6 minutes.
You don't have to walk or drive for groceries - there are grocery stores nearby, Silpo across the street, and a 15-minute walk to Varus, Velyka Kyshen and Eco Market.
