About the project
DOCK 32 is a residential complex in the concept loft style, continuing the trend of renovating the industrial zone into living space and returning the bank of the Dnieper to the city. The creators of the project were inspired by examples of the transformation of coastal areas in Japan, Denmark and Portugal.
Architectural solutions are made with reference to industrial aesthetics: the appearance of the complex evokes associations with the shipyard and ship docks. The design of the facades was created on the basis of colors and shapes of port buildings, which were located on the Fisherman's Peninsula. From the industrial style of the complex got concrete columns around the building, large windows, divided into parts, metal bars of balconies and baskets for air conditioners.
Infrastructure
The uniqueness of the location of DOCK 32 near Podil, Obolon and Petrovka. Podil is the cultural and historical center of Kyiv, where architectural monuments and museums, art galleries and exhibition complexes, parks and promenades are located. There are also bars, pubs, nightclubs, cafes and restaurants with cuisines of different countries for leisure.
The fishing peninsula is changing rapidly and will soon become an anchor infrastructure facility in Kyiv, which will make the location of DOCK 32 even more profitable: projects have already been prepared to transform the industrial zone into a cultural center of the capital.
From the internal infrastructure on the territory of DOCK 32 will be opened shops and a restaurant. Within walking distance of the shopping center "Blockbuster", Natalka Park. Sky Mall with dozens of shops, services, restaurants and a cinema can be reached in 6 minutes by car. But the main feature of Sky Mall is Sky Family Park, which has a food court, beach area, lounge area on the lawn, swimming pool, children's play area, wake station and other water activities.
The transport interchange of the North Bridge will facilitate access to other districts of Kyiv. One minute from the house of public transport stops - buses №88, №114, №144a.
