About the project
The section of the LookyanSky residential complex is divided into two parts: commercial lower floors and residential upper floors. In the upper residential part of the complex will be a large area of glazing, which provides good insolation in apartments and landscapes of the city.
To decorate the facades of LookyanSky, light tones were chosen, which corresponds to the color palette of the historic buildings of the Shevchenkivskyi district.
Infrastructure
The complex is located close to the center, with lively transport links: within walking distance of 2 metro stations, and a few minutes walk from the complex of tram and minibus stops.
The district has a sufficient number of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. You can buy food nearby in a small grocery store, supermarket "Fora" or after 15 minutes to the "Continent", "Billy" and two "Silpo" to choose from. Fresh fruits, vegetables and farm products are always nearby - 13 minutes walk to Lukyanovka market and 16 minutes to the famous Rye Market.
