About the project
"Kirillovsky Guy" is a complex of houses on the outskirts of the surviving natural forest landscape. For comfortable rest and walks they plan to restore the abandoned part of the park and establish recreation areas with barbecue areas.
Infrastructure
LCD is located almost in the park, away from the noise of highways. But getting to the house will be easy - to public transport stops 5-8 minutes on foot. By car through Herzen Street you can get towards the center or along Melnikova Street to Olena Teliga Street.
If you need products - to "ATB" 5 minutes on foot, to "Silpo" - 12, and to "Lukyanovsky" market - 9 minutes by car. Within walking distance is the shopping center "Promenade", which has a supermarket "Fora", pizzerias, sushi bars, bistros and restaurants.
Next to "Kirillovsky Guy" 3 kindergartens: № 544 - 4 minutes, № 204 - 8 minutes, № 180 - 9 minutes on foot. Often there are no places in preschool institutions of Kyiv, so a kindergarten will be built on the territory for the residents of the complex. The student's journey to lessons will not be long: to school №70 - 5 minutes on foot, to school №1 - 10 minutes, to schools № 199, №24 and 97 - 10 minutes by car.
Sports grounds will be equipped for sports, and a skate park for skating. Cyclists will like the area: bicycle paths have been laid in the park, and additional bicycle parks will be built on the territory of the complex. 20 minutes walk to the sports complex "Avangard", which has a basketball court, ice arena, gymnastics complex and gym. Footballers will be able to drive to the mini-football stadium "Spartak" in 7 minutes.
