A distinctive feature of the Philadelphia Concept House - dynamic facades, the appearance of which varies depending on the angle of view. Dynamic facades are an attractive design solution and a tool to increase comfort: the facade shading system helps to optimize the level of lighting and temperature in the rooms. Facades are made of metal and glass, but do not violate the privacy of residents, because the windows use mirrored surfaces.
On the upper floors of the Philadelphia Concept House, the project provides for the planning of two-level apartments with terraces and panoramic views of the historic center of Kiev.
Infrastructure
Philadelphia Concept House is located in the center of Pechersk - which means that there are business centers, architectural monuments and parks, galleries and exhibition complexes, boutiques and showrooms. Within walking distance of the house are restaurants with cuisines from around the world, pubs, bars and other places of night and cultural life of the capital.
Infrastructure facilities will be in the complex itself - the first floors are designed for retail space.
