About the project
6 sections of the Kharkivsky residential complex form a courtyard closed to cars and outsiders. Inside the yard is equipped with a children's playground, exercise machines and a recreation area. The project also envisages the construction of a transformer substation and three heating stations so that the pipes do not lose heat and the house is more comfortable in winter.

In 4 minutes by car you can reach Vyrlytsia market, 5 minutes to New Way shopping mall or 7 minutes to Metro hypermarket. For movie lovers there is a cinema "Ray", a spherical cinema "Atmosphere 360" and a cinema in the mall "New Way".
Young families with children can choose a kindergarten nearby: to kindergarten №696 - 15 minutes on foot, to kindergarten №773 "Rosinka" - 17 minutes, and to kindergartens №59 and №250 - 5 minutes by car. For school-age children near the new building Lyceum "Intellect", Kyiv Construction Lyceum, schools №113, №237, №302, №274 and №266.
A few minutes drive to indoor and outdoor fields for mini-football, gyms, bowling, women's fitness center and martial arts schools.
On the ground floors there are non-residential areas for shops, cafes, pharmacies and offices.
For hiking, there is a guerrilla park with bicycle rental, rides, children's entertainment areas and small lakes. Also nearby are larger lakes - to Lake Vyrlytsia and Lake Tyaglo with a beach 10 minutes walk. You can build an interesting cycling route around the lakes or just go fishing on the shore. And next to the forest along the Boryspil highway.
