About the project
The name of the residential complex was chosen in honor of the street on which the building is located - Lomonosov. Thanks to the gray facade and panoramic windows, the 24-storey complex will look modern and futuristic. To preserve the aesthetic appearance of the house, the facade also has special niches for blocks of air conditioners.
According to the project, the new building stands on a stylobate, which has a two-level parking lot for 91 cars with an elevator. The first floors of the Lomonosov residential complex are commercial - for infrastructure facilities: a shop, a pharmacy, an office or a beauty salon. The adjacent territory is a roof of a stylobate where the children's playground, a sports zone and places for walking of pets will be arranged. Only residents will be able to enter the yard of the complex, the territory will be closed to outsiders, and video surveillance cameras in public places will provide additional protection.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "Tower on Lomonosov" is located 5 minutes walk from the metro station Vasylkivska and public transport stops: buses №19, №78, №119, №812, trolleybuses №12 and №45, minibuses №499 and «508.
