About the project
"Greenhouse" is a small club house of comfort class in Kiev, in the area of Demiivka. According to the project, the house provides multi-level apartments with individual plans, private parking spaces in a closed parking lot, swimming pool, sauna, gym, playground and common area with recreation areas and evergreens. For four-room apartments the project provides a terrace, there are also options with a private garden under a glass roof.
Infrastructure
In the area of the new building there are shops, supermarkets, shopping and entertainment centers. The nearest grocery supermarket "Big Pocket" in 3 minutes drive, and in 5 minutes are "ATB", "Fora" and "Varus". You can also buy products at the Demiivsky market, which is 7 minutes by car.
The Magellan Shopping and Entertainment Center with boutiques, a grocery supermarket, restaurants, cafes, children's playgrounds, bowling, billiards and a multiplex cinema is a 13-minute drive from the Greenhouse Club House.
Near the residential complex is the city hospital №10 and the central children's clinic of Holosiivskyi district, which are 7 minutes by car.
Preschool children are expected in several kindergartens in the district: №41 "Rainbow", №221, №198 "Birch", №340, №439 and №643, to the nearest №131 on foot 5 minutes.
