About the residential complex
The Warsaw Microdistrict in the city of Kiev is a grandiose project that involves the construction of more than two dozen houses located on Pravda Avenue and Marshal Grechko Street in the Podolsky district of the capital.
In total, 9 construction phases are planned and in final form the complex will appear before the residents of the capital no earlier than 2023.
The first three houses of the complex will be built using a monolithic-frame technology until 2018. To provide additional heat and sound insulation, the external walls of each new building will be insulated with mineral wool. Most of the communications in the house will be citywide, but heating is planned to be carried out from its own boiler room.
The apartments are planned to be transferred to buyers without any repairs.
