The comfort class is characterized by well-thought-out and varied layouts with several bathrooms, balconies or loggias. The number of apartments on one floor does not exceed eight, so the living space is larger than in lower-class apartments. The adjacent territory, in turn, is fenced and decorated. Comfort-class residential complexes have an internal infrastructure with everything you need (pharmacy, supermarket, etc.).
