Innovative energy-saving technologies guarantee the minimum cost of utilities, provide a decent level of comfort. The walls are built of gas, the facade is insulated with mineral wool boards, lined with decorative plaster.
The windows are made of metal-plastic profile and are glazed with double-glazed windows with energy-saving coating. Modern high-speed OTIS elevators are installed in each entrance.
