About the project
Rybalsky residential area belongs to the Podilskyi district of Kyiv and is located on the Rybalsky Peninsula. The complex borders the territory of the old Podil and is located near the historic center of Kiev.
In 15 minutes from the complex there are two metro stations: Kontraktova Square and Post Square, along the perimeter of the territory there are public transport stops.
Architecture and exterior
In the LCD project - 9 residential buildings, each of which is a separate "quarter". The maximum height of the building is 9 floors, and the design of the complex combines elements of the architecture of the old Hem and modern building trends.
Underground two-level parking lots are planned in the residential complex. They will free up space in the living area from cars.
Materials and technologies
The complex is built on a monolithic frame technology, the walls - brickwork, insulation - mineral wool. When decorating the facade, clinker tiles are used, which are resistant to wear. The houses have open loggias and large window openings, so the apartments will have plenty of daylight.
