About the project
The Olympic residential complex in Kharkiv is being built in the New Houses area next to Lev Landau Avenue, at 6 Olimpiyska Street.
The new building is located one kilometer from the metro stations "Palace of Sports" and "Moscow Avenue". Within two or three minutes walk there is a city clinic, less than three hundred meters from the school. Nearby are two kindergartens, the Palace of Sports is not more than half a kilometer, and eight hundred meters there is a cinema.
"Olympic" - a residential complex of comfort class. The houses have ten floors and are located with the letter "P" - thus, they separate the space of the yard from the street and noise.
During the construction of a multi-storey building, traditional brick construction technology is used in combination with modern innovative methods. Inter-apartment walls are made of granite concrete blocks, and KNAUF gypsum boards are used as a material for partitions.
