About the project
Goodwill Residence - a gated country complex for recreation and permanent residence in an ecologically clean corner at a distance of 30 minutes by car from the Dnieper. The project envisages 55 cottages of four types, which will be located on a plot next to a pine forest and a river. Each cottage has a living room with a fireplace area and a kitchen-dining room and two bedrooms with access to the terrace on the second floor. One of the projects envisages a courtyard with a lounge area, barbecue and the possibility of installing a swimming pool, the views of which are opened through panoramic windows. Thanks to the well-thought-out color scheme and the use of natural materials in the decoration of the facades, the cottages perfectly harmonize with the surrounding nature, which will make living in the complex even more attractive.
Infrastructure
Goodwill Residence is being built in the village of Pishchanka, located on the left bank of the Samara River. Downstream is the village of Novoselivka, on the opposite bank - the city of Novomoskovsk. The M-04 (E 50) and M-18 (E 105) highways pass nearby, which take 50-60 minutes by car to Heroes' Square in the center of the Dnieper. Between the village and the regional center runs a minibus №207, which leads to the Old Moscow Square.
The project of the complex provides a number of infrastructure facilities that can be used by residents and guests of Goodwill Residence: SPA-complex, swimming pool, private beach, BBQ area, pier, children's club and playgrounds. The owners of the cottages also have an additional 7.5 hectares of GoodZone hotel with several outdoor pools, a tennis court, a rope park, three restaurants, a bar and good places for fishing and horseback riding.
In addition, residents of the cottage town of Goodwill Residence will be able to use the infrastructure of Pishchanka, represented by a grocery store, kindergarten, school and family medicine clinic. Grocery and construction stores, a pharmacy, a branch of Ukrposhta and a school of I-II grades also operate in neighboring Novoselivka.
