Arab princess bought the estate of former Swiss President

A princess of Saudi Arabia bought a mansion, which in the 20th century belonged to Swiss President Gustave Ador, for €47 million. Owner of luxury estates in the area of 18 800 sq.m became Princess Latif bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the daughter of the former King Fahd of Saudi Arabia, reports ee24.com.

The house was purchased from a wealthy family Nordmann, who co-owns a retail chain Manor and clothing manufacturer Lacoste. According to interaksyon.com, Al Saud joined other members of the royal family, who purchased the luxury property in the capital of Switzerland.

Amount of the transaction was among the record for the Geneva real estate market. However, it took the second place, on the first – Dinara Kulibayeva, the daughter of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. She bought a luxury home on the south shore of Lake Geneva for €60.5 million.

And Princess Al Saud, and Dinara Kulibayev pledged to "preserve the heritage."
