It has its own regular costumers which makes it easy for continuing as a Casa Rural. The building offers three floors. The upper floor has a separate apartment where the actual owners live. Downstairs are three bedrooms and a communal bathroom. The second floor offers a large family room with two king size beds. This family room has an own bathroom with three showers. The communal patio has a pool, a pizza oven and a kitchen. A real highlight is the underground vault made of natural stone which can be used as a communal area for guests. The plot has a size of 1600 m2 and could be extended buying one of the neighbor plots. This could assure a use as a riding club or similar.
