The complex of buildings World Trade Center in Barcelona, Spain will be sold soon. It was estimated at €150 million by Deloitte, ee24.com reports.
FCC and Acciona are the main owners of World Trade Center. 40,000 sq.m offices, 4,500 sq.m halls for congresses and 5-star hotel will be sold. Interested buyers will soon get a catalog by Deloitte with a proposal.
