In fourth place there is another representative of Catalonia - Tarragona, where the cost of living differs from national by 18.2%.
It is noteworthy that the most expensive real estate in Spain is also in San Sebastian. According to calculations of portal Kelisto, an apartment in San Sebastian with an area of 80 sq.m is worth €339,400.
