Spanish firm Olga Urbana owns the tower Edificio Intempo Benidorm (or short - Intempo), located in the Spanish Benidorm and is the tallest building not only in Spain but throughout Europe. The company recently announced the search for a foreign investor to help pay off debts owed ​​to the bank SAREB, ee24.com reports with reference to the Spanish media.

Olga Urbana representative notes that such an investor could be a company or individual from Russia, the United Arab Emirates or Sri Lanka. Businessmen from these countries crank up the most ambitious deals in recent times.

At this point only 30% of 269 apartments are sold in the tower. Moreover, even the construction of a skyscraper isn't finally completed. After the end of the construction the tower will have a height of 200 meters.

Earlier portal ee24.com wrote, that a skyscraper Benidorm Intempo doesn't have a high-rise elevator. The designers forgot to introduce it in the interval between 21 and 47 floors.
