As the pace of sales leads Ceuta (3.7 months). Followed by Madrid, Barcelona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Melilla, Soria, Teruel and Zaragoza. In these regions, the property is sold for less than 7 months.
Naturally the prices depend on the location of the objects. Average property prices in Spain range from € 50 000 to € 1 000 000. The cheapest city is Martos in Jaen, olive oil production center.
