Spanish "golden visa": more easy to get

The Spanish government granted some exemptions for foreign investors who want to obtain a residence permit in Spain through the "golden visa". Earlier, the investor's residence permit was issued to the applicant, his spouse, children under 18, as well as children with disabilities of all ages. Now the list of those who may qualify for a visa together with the applicant, has been expanded: it may be unmarried partner of the applicant, economically dependent relatives and children of any age.

In addition, while maintaining the economic threshold (remember that to obtain a residence permit in Spain you must be the owner of the real estate for more than €500,000), the process of obtaining a residence permit can be started even from abroad, provided the signed contract of sale and deposit for the property.
