Germans are 2nd and they are willing to pay €338,716 for the Spainish coast. Citizens of Germany usually buy housing on the Balearic and Canary Islands with area of 190-240 sq.m. Belgians pay nearly as much. For €346,728 they acquire homes and townhouses in Malaga, Murcia and on the Canary Islands, and in all three regions the average area of the purchased objects exceeds 230 sq.m.
British and French do not pay more than €200,000. Britons are willing to pay €190,633, and they prefer small apartments or townhouses in Alicante. The French are ready to part with €171,654, and on average they buy 83 sq.m, mainly in Catalonia, especially on the Costa Brava.
