The Spaniards have developed a cozy portable mini house Casa Transportable APH80, which is going to one day. It has a living room, a bathroom and a large bedroom, reports ee24.com with reference to the Spanish media. This "barn" is worth no more than €12,000.

The area of the mini-house is 88.3 sq.m. The "box" may be mounted anywhere and placed on the platform of the truck. There's enough place in a house to make it comfortably accommodated by two people. The developers of the house is a Spanish architectural studio Abaton.

The house also has a kitchen, furnished with designer furniture from the company Batavia, and to save space in the house there are lots of built-in shelving and cabinets. The facade is made of dark cement panels, and the interior walls are covered with smooth wood. Glass doors let in lots of natural living world. Besides the kitchen, the house also has a spacious bedroom and even a bathroom.

More and more similar portable buildings appear in Spain during the crisis. It is understandable, because the cost of such an object is only €12,000 (about 500,000 rubles).
