During the same period, the number of provided mortgage loans decreased by 27.4%, while their average size, in contrast, increased from €104.3 thousand to €106.5 thousand.
In November 2013 the number of sales in Spain fell by 22.2%. At first glance, it's quite serious, but in fact the fall is explained by a surge in November 2012 which was related, in turn, with fiscal changes.
