About the project
Alveum Oviedo is a project consisting of 87 homes with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms,
distributed in 9 heights (ground floor, 7 main floors and attic floor). All
homes have large terraces to enjoy good times outdoors
free, in addition to a garage and storage room.
Our project offers very bright homes, with large windows and terraces,
distributions studied to take advantage of the spaces and an interior design that combines
modern finishes, light tones and white lacquered carpentry. However, as
