Currently, on the real estate market in Barcelona you can find homes that have a high historical and artistic value. Among them, a special place is occupied by a modernist building designed by Antoni Gaudi and other famous Catalan architects. According to realtors, Russians are more often than other foreigners interested in such houses in Barcelona.

Spanish realtors working with unique real estate, note the presence of exclusive offers for sale or for rent. One of the most interesting proposals to date is the famous Casa Vicens, designed by Gaudi and recognized as a World Heritage Site. The cost of the unique building is estimated at €30 million.

To date, only one company Habitaclia, engaged in the implementation of an exclusive real estate on the market of Catalonia has 35 houses in the modernist style. 30 of them are for sale, and 5 are rented. The cost of such facilities often exceeds €1 million. As an example we take the house, built in the district of Sant Gervasi by architect Enric Sagnier, the cost of which amounts to €3.8 million.

Such objects are not usually purchased as residential real estate, but for offices and headquarters. For these purposes the house in "modernismo" style, located on Avenida Tibidabo. Its architect was Adolf Ruiz i Casamitjana in 1915. The cost of the building is €12 million.

Typically, these homes tend to buy three types of customers: foreign consulates, multinational corporations, and individuals from abroad, most of whom are Russians.

Another prime example of real estate in a modern style is Villa Tibidabo. The building was to be the highlight of the street for the authorship of Salvador Andreu, which was to connect the prospect of Sant Gervasi to the Basilica of Tibidabo. It was prevented by the start of the civil war, but some buildings were finished.

One of them was designed by Albert Huang and Thorner in 1912. Some popular people visited the city. Among them Queen Maria Cristina and the great composer Richard Strauss, who performed his work dedicated to the Tibidabo for the first time in the garden of the house. The project costs €3.3 million.
