Now in Belgrade the price of the most expensive items reach €3,500 per sq. m. For example, apartments in a newly built house with all sorts of bells and whistles (its own station, the ability to control smart home gadgets using the system temperature changes floors and walls) in Belgrade costs €3,500 per square meter.
The greatest demand in the elite sector of Serbia have apartments in low rise buildings with garage and landscaped terrace. The typical buyer – stars of show-business, entrepreneurs, CEOs, successful athletes and doctors.
