About the project
The residential quarter "Tyulpanovka" in Sochi is being built in the village of Golovinka, Lazarevsky District. It is located thirty kilometers from the city and, according to experts, the neighborhood of the new building has a healthy climate and excellent ecology.
The distance to the sea and a well-maintained beach with rental loungers and water attractions is not more than one hundred meters. You can get to the center of Sochi by rail from the Golovinka station or along the Federal Highway.
