About the project
The residential complex “Architect” is part of the large-scale project “Capital” in the northern part of Kudrovo and is its final, eighth lot. This is a tall residential building with a total realized area of almost 60 thousand square meters. Commissioning is scheduled for the second half of 2021.
ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
The architectural solution of the 27-storey residential complex "Architect" is made in the form of a high-rise dominant, which emphasizes the scale of the quarter "Capital" and logically completes the entire project. Thanks to the unusual design of the house, each apartment in the Architect will be filled with light, and amazing panoramic views will open from the windows of the upper floors.
INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRANSPORT ACCESSIBILITY
The internal infrastructure of the Capital residential district, which includes the Architect Architect residential complex, allows you to get everything you need for a comfortable life without leaving the area. Ulitsa Dybenko Metro Station is a 15-minute walk away. As an alternative to the car, you can use public transport, the stop of which is located on Leningradskaya Street. Due to the proximity of the exit to the ring road, you can quickly reach other areas of the city and the region.
