About the project

Bauhaus - a higher school of construction and art design, which existed in Germany from 1919 to 1933. At the heart of the Bauhaus philosophy is the superiority of function over form. This and other principles formulated at the Bauhaus determined the development of architecture and design in the 20th century.

Architecture
Bauman House consists of three fifteen-story houses built on an individual project. The design of the residential complex is based on functionality, convenience, and practicality.

Engineering
The buildings of the Bauman House residential complex are built of reinforced concrete. Bearing walls are designed to provide owners with maximum freedom in the organization of living space.
Facades of buildings - ventilated: insulation and air gap are provided between the external panels and walls. Thus, the bearing walls are not destroyed by precipitation and have high thermoregulation and energy efficiency.
