The Cztery Pory Roku investment in Kołobrzeg is a complex of multi-family buildings with medium-high development, implemented in stages, located in a quiet green area with convenient access to the city center and the sea.
Location
The investment is located at Koszalińska Street, in the part of Kołobrzeg called Ogrody, east of the city center, between the Solne Zdroje and Podczele housing estates, 1.5 km from the sea. The Eastern Ekopark is located between the investment and the beach.
The vicinity of the investment
Koszalińska Street, being one of the important communication arteries in Kołobrzeg, provides a connection between the investment and the neighboring housing estates, and thus access to the urban infrastructure and developed tourist infrastructure. At a distance of 2-3 km to the west, in the New Town there are numerous grocery and general stores, service points, restaurants, cafes, bars, bank branches, post office, pharmacy, numerous medical clinics. There are kindergartens and schools both in Nowe Miasto and in Podczel, located to the east of the investment. Numerous sports centers, gyms, fitness halls are in town and on the beach. A bicycle path along the sea runs from Kołobrzeg to Podczele near the estate.
Architecture
The investment consists of two buildings with 5 and 6 floors, with modern architecture in minimalist solutions. Each of the buildings has an L-shaped plan, and the layout of the entire complex ensures the optimal distance between them. The contrasting white and brown parts of the façade are separated by light faults and varied with the alternation of the size of windows and loggias.
The infrastructure of the estate
The estate is developed and fenced. The estate is closed: the entrance is through automatic gates opened with a remote control, there are additional intercoms in front of the entrance. The buildings are equipped with elevators. The residents have access to a courtyard with a square and a sports field, storage rooms, and a playground for children. There are parking spaces above ground and in the underground garage hall.
Communication
Koszalińska Street is part of the national road 11, which runs through the West Pomeranian, Greater Poland, Silesian and Opolskie voivodeships, connecting Kołobrzeg with Piła and Poznań, among others. The S6 road connecting the Szczecin agglomeration, Central Pomerania and the Tri-City also runs nearby. Kołobrzeg railway station is 4 km away. The shortest travel time by train to Koszalin - 34 minutes, 2 hours 05 minutes - to Szczecin, Warsaw - 5 hours 50 minutes.
About apartments
