About the project
A great advantage of the investment is its unique location close to the seaside part of Gdańsk, right on the banks of the Martwa Wisła estuary into the Baltic Sea, near the Sobieszewo Island. Near Sol Marina, there are as many as two reserves - Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha, and the status of an ecological island guarantees the preservation of nature in its natural state. The advantage is also the proximity of the beach, which can be reached via a picturesque route through the forest.
The Sobieszewo Island and the center of Gdańsk can be reached directly by bus from this location. Also access to the city center by car is not a problem. It will also be possible to transport by water tram and yachts, which can be rented on the premises of the complex.
The entire investment will be built on an area of 11 ha. Nearly 2.3 thousand sq m is to be built here. sq m of residential and service premises, including several hundred apartments with an area of 33 to 132 sq m.
The investment is planned in three stages. In the first stage, some apartment buildings with parking spaces and berths for boats will be built. There are also plans for a two-story master's office with a restaurant, a playroom for children, as well as a banquet and conference room, as well as a 10-story apartment building with a lobby, swimming pool, dry and wet sauna and a gym.
People who decide to buy an apartment for rent here, will be able to entrust its management to the rental management company.
In the second and third stages of construction, the remaining part of the intimate apartment buildings will be built.
