Garnizon Lofty & Apartamenty is a large multi-stage estate developed in Gdańsk with its own infrastructure, built in the “city within a city” concept and consisting of apartment, commercial, service and office buildings.
Location
The investment is located between Szymanowskiego, Słowackiego, Chrzanowskiego streets and aleja Grunwaldzka, in the Gdańsk district of Wrzeszcz. The area is characterized by restored historical buildings and developed commercial and service, recreational, entertainment, sports and educational infrastructure.
The vicinity of the investment
Within a radius of nearly 1 kilometer from the estate, there are primary schools No. 39, No. 79 and No. 70, as well as IX Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Krzysztof Kolberger. The nearest pre-school education centers are the Smykowo kindergarten (500 meters), a private nursery and the MegaMocni Strzyża kindergarten (700 meters), and kindergarten no. 17 (900 meters). Near the estate there are restaurants, pubs and cafes, fitness clubs, Klub Żak cinema, post office, hairdressing salons, doctor's offices, language and art schools, Galeria Bałtycka and Galeria Metropolia. Nearby grocery stores are Biedronka (next to the estate), Żabka (700 meters), Lidl supermarket (900 meters). Nearby green areas are the Tricity Landscape Park and Jaśkowa Dolina Park. The coast of Gdańsk Bay with its beaches is about 4.2 km away.
Architecture
The architectural style of the estate is diverse, suited to the type of buildings, including revitalized historic buildings. Residential blocks with a height of 5 to 7 floors were erected in an avant-garde style, the façade was made of panels, finishing bricks and plasters. There is a brick-red shade in the colors of all blocks. On the ground floor, there are commercial and service premises.
The infrastructure of the estate
The estate covers an area of nearly 30 hectares, is fenced and under 24-hour security. Numerous plant arrangements, sidewalks, common relaxation zones, especially over the developed greenery, the stream, playgrounds for children, elements of small architecture, internal streets and squares have been made here. The estate has an autonomous commercial, service, educational and cultural-entertainment infrastructure. There are underground and above-ground parking spaces. The apartment buildings are equipped with elevators.
Communication
The investment is located near the intersection of Grunwaldzka Avenue and Żołnierzy Wyklętych. A drive to the center of Gdańsk, as well as to Sopot, takes nearly 15 minutes. There are tram stops next to the estate, especially for non-stop access to the center, and the Mevo bicycle station.
About apartments
The investment's apartments and single-level glazed lofts range from 31 to 255 square meters. These are studio apartments as well as two-, three-, four- and five-room apartments. The premises include balconies, loggias or terraces. Turnkey finishing services are offered.
