About the project
Navio (the name refers to deep-sea navigation) was built in Brzeźno, at the intersection of Hallera and Nadmorski Dwór streets. You can walk to the beach and attractions right next to it, including dining options and the Gdańsk pier. This location also allows you to take advantage of the coastal recreational areas - the promenade stretching along the bay and the nearby Reagan Park. There is a tram line stop next to the building, which leads to Śródmieście and Wrzeszcz. In the vicinity there are also local shops and a market.
On four floors of the apartment building, 24 units were built in a two- and three-room layout. Each apartment has a balcony and the apartments on the top floor have viewing terraces. Some of the apartments are also above-standard height - as much as 3.5 m, and selected ground-floor premises have private gardens.
A garage hall was built under the building, from which an elevator goes to the upper floors. The investment area is fenced, green and landscaped. Video surveillance has been installed here.
The modern architecture is highlighted with precious wood details and accents made of glass and metal. The staircases are finished with high-quality materials, with decorations referring to the seaside location of the building.
The building was built in 10 months, in the place where the neglected building of the Balladyna club stood, a classy place was created, blending in with the green surroundings and the neighboring housing estate.
