More and more Ukrainians want to buy real estate in Poland

Recently, experts of portal ee24.com have detected a high interest of Ukrainian users in real estate in Poland. Due to political and economic instability in Ukraine, and a popular demonstrations called Euromaidan, more and more citizens of the country dream to move to neighboring Poland.

The number of search queries related to the purchase of houses and apartments in Poland, that come from ip-addresses of Ukrainian providers, has increased. Apartments in Krakow could be bought for €1,580 per sq.m, apartments in the cities of Wroclaw and Poznan went for €1,500 per sq.m. Inexpensive real estate in Poland could be bought in Lodz, where the average cost of square meter was €1,082.
