About the project
With Orkana we are taking a first small but important step in the residential market of Warsaw, Poland. With only 4 apartments, the project can be called small-scale but very exclusive. It is, as it were, a boutique project, which results in beautiful architecture and a very high-quality finish.
The facade is finished with handmade tiles, an idea of the designers of Gomez Architecture. The maximum benefit for the residents is combined with a minimalist design. Sublime quality and timeless elegance. This is also extended to the interiors.
A collaboration was entered into with Delta Light in both indoor and outdoor lighting.
Orkana's lighting concept is based on a collection of ambitious, never-before-seen lighting solutions that create a unique atmosphere in this book development.

Artkam knows how to tell the story of the luxurious character of interiors from the doorstep.
The best materials in light, warm colors with dark accents are used to cover floors and walls. The 3 meter high interiors offer generous comfort: bedrooms and lounges with air conditioning, remote controlled sockets and direct access to the elevator from the flat.
Each floor has one apartment with three or four bedrooms and two toilets.
The flat on the ground floor has a private garden of 329 m2, surrounding the building.
The flats on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor have 2 terraces each with a total area of 38.2 m2.
In addition, each apartment has 2 spacious parking spaces and a private, large storage room in the communal underground garage. 50% of the parking spaces have a charging station for charging electric cars.
Finally, there is the enchanting beauty of the garden around Orkana. A responsibility of the Polish landscape architect Pasa Design.
We work with mature plants that offer the residents privacy and intimacy from the very first moment. The whole complex will be lit with fairytale lighting that will accentuate the qualities of the local trees and plants. The boundaries of the plot will be demarcated with panels completely covered with vegetation.
