About the project
In collaboration with interior architect Gitte Rimstad in RCO Interiørdesign, we have developed three different interior concepts - Urban, Calm and Pure.
The three concepts each have their own characteristics that form a common thread throughout the home. Urban is supplied as standard, while Calm and Pure can be ordered as options.
Common roof terraces will be the natural meeting point for the occupants of both buildings. With a pergola that shades the sun and dining groups attached to a small outdoor kitchen, the conditions will be arranged for pleasant moments with friends, neighbors and family. Beyond the dim evening hours, just enjoy the lights of the city down there! There is also easy access to toilets - on both roof terraces.
For those of you with green fingers - or just an interest in everything that sprouts and grows - it will be arranged for allotment gardens with boxes for planting. Or you can choose to invest in your own private roof garden, which you decorate with plants and furniture of your choice.
You can even take a workout in your own area, when it suits you!
Two shared cars in the garage basement make the shopping trip easier for you who do not have your own car. Otto is easy to use, with an app on your mobile you can find an available car and book. The car is opened via the app, and you just have to drive!
