According to Dutch Daily News, the prices of rental housing in the Netherlands are estimated to increase by a maximum 1,3% July 1st.
The rent adjustment is in line with the Dutch inflation rate, as agreed in the coalition agreement, said Minister Piet Hein Donner of Internal Affairs and Kingdom relations Tuesday to the House of Representatives.
