Holland property market has overcome the crisis

For the first time in three years the growth in prices of property in the Netherlands was marked. The average price of a house in the Netherlands in the first quarter increased by 1.2% year on year and amounted to €209 thousand, according to ee24.com citing bloomberg.com.

Since 2008, housing in the Netherlands has fallen in price by 21%. Prices continued to decline in recent years, in 2013 the rate of decline slowed, and in the first quarter of this year prices began to increase. However, in the Netherlands Association of Estate Agents they note that this is true not for all regions and types of property.

The end of fall in prices is linked to the general economic situation in the country. This year, experts predict economic growth of 0.75% and reducing of the unemployment rate to 7%.
