In Budva it's planned to build over 62,000 sq.m. of accommodation

In September, the Secretariat of Urban Development and Construction of Budva has approved 70 applications for construction, and 40 requests are still being considered, reports ee24.com.

It is planned to build 62,160 sq.m. of living space and ten hotels in the spa capital of the country.

We recall that on September 15 in Budva was lifted a moratorium on building on the second, third and fourth lines, which was in force during the tourist season. And at the beginning of October the construction of the exclusive housing on the first line will begin.

Experts point out that in spite of the pending proposal of 1,000 apartments, the volume of construction in Montenegro in general and in Budva in particular is not reduced.
