Primary property in Montenegro has risen by a third

The second quarter of 2013 brought an increase in prices for new apartments in Montenegro. They have grown by 29.7% over the same period last year and by 35.5% compared to the first quarter of this year. It is reported by ee24.com with reference to the Statistical Office of Montenegro Monstat.

The volume of sales in the second quarter of 2013 was ambiguous. On the one hand, it increased by 12.9% compared to the same period last year, but compared to the first quarter of the current year decrease was 35.7%.

Primary property in Budva has the average cost of €2,153 per sq.m., in Bar - €1,600 per sq.m., in Podgorica - €1,172 per sq.m. The cheapest new buildings are in Niksic - an average of €737 per sq.m. In the second quarter the primary real estate in Montenegro was worth about €1,366 per sq.m.

Not only prices are growing in Montenegro, but also the associated costs. In particular the electricity tariffs has recently been raised.
