Njega Tours Company with the participation of Russian capital is going to invest €15 million in the construction of "As" hotel in the Montenegrin Perazića Do, according to ee24.com with reference to the Montenegrin media.
Construction of a five star hotel with 180 rooms is planned to be completed by the end of 2015. The company representative Nebojsa Popovic assured the public that the project will be completed within the set deadlines.
It is noted that not so long ago Njega Tours was the subject of complaints from the local residents, who have accused the company of violating the moratorium on construction during the summer tourist season.
It is interesting that the original construction project had to be completed by 2003. At the same time the hotel had to have only four stars, and there had to be a casino and a conference room.
