New apartments in Budva, the main Montenegrin resort on the Adriatic coast, cost approx. €1,365 per sq.m in Q4 2014. It was 44% less than in Q4 2013. The property in the area of Budva has stayed the most expensive in the country. For comparison, flats in Bar cost €1,180 per sq.m, in Podgorica – €1,036 per sq.m, in Niksic – €539 per sq.m, according to the Montenegrin statistical agency of Monstat.

In Q4 2014, sales of new apartments decline by 7.8% y-o-y, and 225 flats in new buildings were sold. Average price for the Montenegrin primary property was €1,037 per sq.m (-16.1% y-o-y, and -7.2% q-o-q).
