Montenegrin authorities lure buyers by low prices

Montenegrin authorities, where the construction and tourism sectors are actively developing, are luring tourists and property buyers by low prices. It is expected that in the summer 2013 rates in Montenegro’s hotels won’t change virtually compared with 2012, according to the portal "Montenegro", referring to statements by officials at the Belgrade tourism fair.

In particular, a night in a modest hotel will cost from € 23, four or five-star hotels - from € 60, and the apartments - from € 40 to € 60. The private sector will be the cheapest place to stay (from € 8 to € 20). Montenegrin officials also promised low ticket prices.
